Delete directly in the Trektoo app
Open the mobile app, go to Profile, select Delete Account, type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT", then confirm.

Email support@trektoo.com from your registered account email with subject "Account Deletion Request".
Your account is deactivated and active login tokens are revoked. You can no longer sign in with that account.
Booking, payment, and related transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or dispute handling obligations.
Booking and transaction records are typically retained for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law or an active legal dispute.
Account deletion is not reversible. If your account has active or disputed bookings, related records may be kept until obligations are fulfilled.
